The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Delaware or via video conference at the arbitrator's discretion. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

You and Adjustable Dumbbells HQ agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than arbitration, you and we each waive any right to a jury trial.

You have the right to opt out of the arbitration provision within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice to the email address in section 19 with the subject line "Arbitration Opt Out."

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced via a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of a revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
